Yes I have heard the myths of estrogen levels in american soy milk. Luckily they don't do any harm and are actually good for not only women but also men. You would have to drink A TON of soy milk to actually see any sort of difference. PLUS its a lot better than the hormones that are in our milk and meat.
ReplyDeleteI realize that this is a crazy lifestyle change, but if it makes us feel healthier then I'm willing to at least try it out.
PS I will have to try out that pioneer woman website. I've heard good things about it.
Your nuts. Just kidding! Good for you, it's a very healthy change. Once its a habit it will be very easy. My father inlaw eats all natural and little meat he has lost a lot of weight.
